We are a membership organization, supported by and for its member businesses. You receive business referrals our New London office, information booths in New London, Sunapee and Newbury, and through word-of-mouth advertising from our member network. With more than 200 members located in over 20 towns and villages, our network offers you high visibility to thousands of area visitors each year.
In addition, we answer thousands of visitor and prospective visitor inquiries a year, by phone, fax, mail and e-mail. Your promotional materials are distributed in the information packets we send to all visitor inquiries. |

We offer you a free member business listing in our comprehensive online Area Directory, organized by category for easy access. Your detailed listing includes your business name, telephone number(s), mail and street addresses, and hyperlinked email and web site addresses. You may also enhance your online exposure with full-page ads at special rates. You also receive a mailing list of member businesses. Area Event Publicity...
We publicize your events, free, in our online calendar of Area Events, organized by month for easy viewing. This calendar is a great way to advertise a sale, a special event, a seasonal special, a new product or service, as well as area activities and happenings to a local, state, regional and national market. Our events calendar is also regularly distributed to radio stations, newspapers, magazines, members, and other tourism publicity resources. |

We organize many promotional programs and events during the year that allow you to showcase your goods and services, build customer traffic, expand your potential for new business, while providing wholesome family fun. These programs and events include: Christmas In Our Towns (a month-long event), ChocolateFest, Pajama Party, and Snow Shoe 2002.
Cable TV Spotlights...
Every month, a Chamber member business has the opportunity to be filmed, interviewed and featured on the local Yankee Cable Network program, Kearsarge Valley Magazine. The program airs several times in a two-week period. Lots of exposure, minimal cost! |

We offer a very ambitious, comprehensive advertising and public relations program, marketing our area as a prime tourist area. Our tourism marketing and advertising campaign, funded in part with the help of a State matching grant, is an exciting program that will draw tourists to the region from local, State, New England, and national markets, and will help bring more business to all of our Chamber members. |

Business-After-Hours...
Business-After-Hours gatherings are a business and social networking opportunity for Chamber members, held at a different business each month. As a host, you have an opportunity to showcase your business to your fellow members. As a guest, you can make new business contacts and friends. Contact the Chamber office about hosting a future Business-After-Hours, for a schedule of gatherings, and be sure to join us at the next one! |

Published bimonthly, our informative member newsletter keeps you updated on business and community news, events, programs and workshops, as well as business and advertising opportunities. The newsletter's "Spotlight on Business" focuses on a different member each issue, and includes "Welcome New Members" and "Member News and Updates." You may insert a flyer, menu or brochure in the Chamber's newsletter for a low monthly fee. A great, low-cost way to effectively reach our expanded regional business community. |
